JUST one more question: can anyone tell if this Chinese vase is cloisonné, porcelain or enamel? The question alone indicates how ignorant I am on the subject....thank you for the previous info. Now if I could just find out what it is made of or your best educated guess.

    thanks in advance

I think porcelain looking at the lid and surface. The base will tell.
