Kaipiainen (1915-1988) was one of the foremost ceramic artists in Finland and active for over 50 years since joining Arabia Studios, the leading producer of innovative applied art, in 1937. .
His ceramics at the exhibition of the Milan Triennale, were awarded with the Grand Prix. (just an example)

Unfortunately, I've sold it allready. From now on it lives in Osaka. Some pieces have to pay the veterinary bills, which we do collect. (Vets are part of organized crime, i believe)
