    It says sterling and then a triangle on each side maybe a c in the left triangle and then has some kind of mark inbetween the two. It looks Victorian Operculum Jewelry for sure just cant figure out the hallmark on it. thanks

      Looks like an American Sterling silver hallmark and the makers logo, 2 Cs in triangles with a & symbol in between for 'and'.

      C&C might stand for Clark & Coombs, from late 19th to late 20th in USA, according to my sterling jewelry reference book.....yes, books do come in handy sometimes.....
