Its age is what that label on the bottom of its cash drawer will tell you (I can't quite read it in the pics, looks like maybe 1941 or 1944?) plus who it was built for. Google will probably be your friend to help narrow that.
Its "value" is, as always, what anybody else in the world might wanna pay you for it, and also something we're not really supposed to discuss/speculate about on this website, there are others easily findable to do all that.
