Shown here in 'as retrieved' condition without anything more than brushing loose dirt off of it, after finding it "loose" atop an outside airconditioner unit at grungy cleanout house #1. How it got there, who knows, or anymore I don't have a clue, about what it really is nor how old it could be -- on that last part, I'd guess not really all that old.
It is about 8-1/2" long, made of various metallic and glass/rock beads securely strung on jewelry wire with crimped ends, with a further little 4pc. loop/dangle part which might (?) have been a clasp of some sort on one end. Once more, I don't know what its materials actually are. Guesses WELCOMED!! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
Looks to be a bracelet..similar to this..

WOW dav2no1, it DOES -- some of those beads are nearly identical!!
THANKS for the huge clue!! :-) :-) :-) I wonder what kind of clasp mine might have had on it, that the one there doesn't seem to have?
Those are lovely bracelets (both AO’s and the one referenced by Dav2no1).
The referenced one probably is on a stretchy elastic cord since it doesn’t appear to have a clasp.
Elastic cords will eventually stretch out or break. IMHO, the solution then is to restring it on something more durable such as wire and to add a clasp.
I believe you are correct that the dangling ornament on your clasp might have originally been a pendant or earring since it’s just hooked onto the clasp. Usually, the dangling ornaments are attached to the jump ring between the bracelet and clasp.
Whatever though, it all looks very nice together.
And what a mysterious place to find jewelry!
I agree....perhaps that is the case!
a missing "T toggle" -- that could certainly 'splain it, and/or how it ended up maybe picked up offa the ground and dropped on top of an airconditioner...???
THANKS AGAIN ALL, for comments and <love it>s!! :-) :-) :-) :-)
