These wooden blocks are so cool and very nicely detailed.
They must be from the late 1940s or early '50s, since they've been there in the wicker basket as far back as I can remember.
I love the illustration of the Skater. It's a very simple '30s and '40s 'Big Head'-style that works well at this size.
Can anybody out there in Collector-land help me date these ancient artifacts?
