RESTORED Vintage EJU WESTMINSTER Mantel Clock

Hello everyone, hope you are all fine and well!!
I'm just trying to date a couple of clocks I recently bought at an online shop, 'eXibit collection'.
Here is a link for first one that where they give a description of clock, some photos where you can see a 'before and after' photo and others, and aslo a short video of the clock chiming too ...

Now, they say 'early 19th Century' but that can't be right can it, lol, they must mean the 1900's!!
I'm guessing it is from 1930's to 1950's, does anyone know a more exist date?
