The art depicts a cat browsing a dinner menu and enjoying some coffee or tea?

Yes..another cat print. This one was given to me by my sister. She purchased this at a bizarre years ago. Every year mom used to make my sister drive her to the annual bizarre at the Buddhist church.

Peter Barger appears to be an artist that did a variety of artwork. Seems most of his work are in 150 piece lots. The back of the frame is dated 1973. I believe it could be the original frame? Seems consistent with the dates I've seen.

I did see he has a website. I'm attempting to contact him and see if it's the same person. His bio says, "I went to the Newark N.J. School of Fine Arts after high school..". Thats where the picture was framed, so probably him.

**UPDATE** - I have contacted Peter, and he has verified that this is his piece from the early 1970s.
