Not sure what this fine metalwork is called, but it's very thin and filmy and always has these mounted semi-precious stones in it. I love it! it's really pretty and exotic looking. It's engraved on the back 'A token of LOVE. To R. M. Cade from the Kathmandu Lady Jaycees' and 1989.
