    (431 items)

Bought these for $1.99 each and I am not really sure what they are. One of them is stamped Pyrex on the bottom. The papers were rolled up and inside one of them.

(the things DO make some d*mned good coffee, ifn's you're one who prefers that beverage to wake yourself up with in the morning...WAY before "Keruig" came along...)

Anything.....I have watched some youtube videos and I am going to give them a try. I don't know about weighing the water and the coffee though:)

That part isn't too critical Cokeman, more a matter of semi-compatible filters (common ones of those can work fine too) and how strong one prefers their morning coffee...?? <lol>

AO, darn, u beat me to it! I’ve never owned one but I knew it was for brewing coffee - didn’t know the Chemex name though.

...and well, now that I think about it a further moment, the glass pots really do need some kinda 'water heater/percolator' thingie to drip the water thru the coffee grounds properly, though being Pyrex they can also withstand the stovetop within reason...the classic (or modern?) ones of those little countertop devices are prolly seen at that same website somewhere, and yes (should anybody doubt it?) I could lay my hands on one or two of the vintage ones of those too in a little while after going looking somewheres...?? <lol>
