I inherited this piece with my parents house. It's a large oil painting of a rushing mountain stream. It has hung in the house all my life. I believe it came from other relatives. There is some story that this was in a relatives house fire at one time.
This artist has created several similar pieces of mountain landscapes. There doesn't seem to be much information about the artist. It is a very nice piece and a large oil painting. Auction results show that these pieces sell often, but don't command big money. I will never fully understand the art world.
