Hello, I am trying to escape reality for a short while by looking through my vintage jewelry.
Hope you all have had as nice a holiday that these times can muster.
I have this plastic bead necklace that I find a bit odd. Have never seen one like it but that might be because I don't have the right information to search for similar ones on line.
The necklace ways 59 grams. It looks like different layers of plastic has been laminated/melted together and then made into beads. The largest bead is about 2,5 cm. They are on a chain and the necklace has a hidden screw bead to close with. It looks like if they are sort of made to draw your thoughts to banded agate but at the same time it looks modern and open with the fact that it is not. Worn with the right kind of clothes (black or white) it looks quite cool but when it layes on the table it looks a bit ugly :) Yes, we haven't made friends with each other just yet....
Any idea what this is? Thankful for information.

Thank you Valentino for your nice coment and suggestions. I am positive it is not horn or any "natural" material. It can be Lucite yes. It looks like compressed plastic, I wonder how Lucite works that way?
