Danbury Mint 1957 Chevy Belair

Here is a breath-taker of a model, the 1957 belair in all its glory, featuring opening hood, doors, steerable wheels, and a beautiful paint job. This car has been my dream car since I was a little kid. I have always been entranced by the long sharp fins on the back, which depicted the space age of cars perfectly. I also loved the look of the front of the car, with those gargantuan bumperets, and chrome trimmed headlights. My favorite part about this model is the antennas on the back. I think they add a great touch to the finish. I have taken the time to carefully clean the inside and out of this entire car, and do a full body wax. Because this car was one of the cars in the collection that was stacked up among other cars in a box for years, the antennas were bent. I did not even consider bending them back manually, so i did some research, and I managed to successfully bend them back almost perfectly using a hair dryer on hot, and my hand. This model is in mint condition, with zero issues at all. Thanks for looking!
