These are so very difficult to photograph - swirls of coloured bands - coloured glass and silver inclusions mean they are only fully appreciated when in hand. This is my second example of these wonderful vases, which I assume, with little real evidence, to possibly be Kralik. Ref: a previous listing of mine - purple gound version: https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/267876-kralik-pink-footed-bowl-with-yellow-red and Ales's pair and https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/267924-two-vases--w-kralik-sohn-probably.
Metallic inclusions appear to be gold, but the amber glass creates that effect - they are in fact silver. Stands 7" (17cm)
Your shelves must be amazing by now.
Hi Peggy - yeah, so I'm in the process of letting some items go. I've become less focussed on specific makers and I'm just ending up with too much of an eclectic collection - shelves are packed and I'm running outa speace!
