Your tea set is very interesting. It appears to have quite a lot of rust - well played with? I think the date could well be from the 40's / 50's or even 30's. Where did you find it? The shape of the milk or water jug says a lot about it's age, and where it was made.
There are many child's enamel tea sets on line, some are quite beautifully decorated (from 21st Century), others antique or vintage.
