Looks like it might be a meteorite. Is it extremely heavy for its size ?
Dont think it is a geode and purple geodes will turn clear if expose to the sun not trying to be negative dont think it is an artifact either just a cool creek washed rock without examining it hard to tell what it is a meteorite and hematite are magnetic and will go off with a metal detector bot are heavy
