This 2 1-2" fleur de lis shape brooch has pastel mixed size rhinestones with a twist goldtone border. Purchased as Regency but unmarked, this piece has identical stone placement & goldtone pattern as the same item by Regency of NY (1950-1970) of the 1950s
Very beautiful Fleur De Lis Jenni! A cool factoid: Our city of Louisville adopted the Fleur De Lis as their official symbol as Louisville was named after King Louis XVI and the Fleur De Lis was his family's symbol.
Green and pink are a natural match in jewellery and the blue adds majesty to this colour match piece !~
Beautiful colors for Spring!
Thanks so much everyone for the love

Scott thank you so much for the super praise for this fleur de lis and great info about your Louisville flag, I looked at it online it is such an elegant black image & great history about King Louis XVI, did not know your city was named for him that is so cool! Actually Louisville has many great features, including top bourbon making and having the greatest American horse race the Derby held there, you have much to be proud of
How have you been my dear friend Ken, long time! You are totally missed on this site, and your amazing Trifari collection will never be equaled here, I'm always hoping to see you again & thrilled you stopped by. Thank you for the lovely compliments about this brooch, you know I always loved pastels and this is rather a "fruit salad" melange don't you think. There is another fleur de lis on one of the antique jewelry sites that has the Regency mark but I just did not care for the color blend (olivine, bright pink, pale blue & purple, they just didn't look harmonious) so this unmarked one was my choice as I really wanted a rhinestone brooch in this design
Phil thank you for the fab compliments on the colors here, the brooch has a very soft look with these pastels, sometimes the brights are just too much for me and it also takes away from the severity of the fleur de lis shape - as mentioned above it is a rather royal majestic design and the pale colors tone it down, they also look very '50s
Thank you MrsT for your wonderful comment & great observ, yes this would be perfect to wear in the Spring - perhaps I am forward thinking to get us out of the bleak current times! I will certainly enjoy putting this on a pretty Spring outfit, thank you for giving me a lovely idea
Thank you Lori for the kind love, it is always gratefully appreciated and very pleased that you enjoyed this fleur de lis brooch
Thank you so much for the love Kurt, you are so thoughtful and I am totally grateful for your kind consideration
Many thanks jb for the thoughtful love and kind support, I am truly grateful & am always delighted when you stop by
