Can anyone tell me a little more info about this? I have been cleaning out my grandmas house and came across it and was curious if it was worth anything. Thanks in advance!

I can tell you fire fighting pieces are always popular and many collect them. Yours appears in good shape. It would have had a wall mount.
Here's some of mine..you can kind see the wall mount on the fire gun.

Also your extinguisher appears to be carbon tetrachloride. If it's full you need to be careful to check its not leaking...

Can you give me a guesstimate of how old you think it is? It’s super cool and yes it’s still full.
They used these from like...1910 all the way into the 60s. Your appears to be Canadian made?
And the label is very unusual..it's all black lettering. All the ones I've seen, have "fire gun no 0" in red lettering. This may indicate that your is early..I'm not sure and I'm in no way an extinguisher expert.
"Extinguishers manufactured in America will bear the name ‘American LaFrance Fire Engine Company’, and those manufactured in Canada will state ‘LaFrance-Foamite’."
