It is 1" wide, a little under 3" around at its widest, and made of metal about 1/8" thick. Presumably chrome plated brass, but it could be some variety of surgical stainless steel too...?? Probably not all that old (?) since it bears little in the way of scratching/wear -- or maybe that's more indication that it really isn't plated brass.
It *does not* bend, fortunately its open side is big enough (about an inch) to allow me to get it on my wrist. It weighs a little over 112g. No identification or markings on it anywhere.
