    My Mom had these two old pocket watches in glass cases. I believe the top one belonged to my great grandfather, but what I actually know about pocket watches is nil. Are these worth keeping or selling? Are either of them at all collectible?

      People are always collecting watches. I am not a watch expert..but the Elgin looks like an 1891 watch and the other may be a 1920s military watch? Pictures aren't very good...what is the name on that watch...at the bottom of dial?

      It actually isn’t a name, it says CALCULE PAR 1000 METRES. I haven’t been able to find a maker’s name on it.
