Today I bought a chair instead of a lamp to rescue. The finish was too nice to paint so I just added some stain and polish. Then I padded and reupholstered the seat.
If any of you are more versed about Duncan Phyfe furniture, I’d love to know more about this chair. It looked old by the brass tacks that were used on the green fabric which was covering an old navy blue fabric.
