Seikosha Clock

I have this old Seikosha clock. I would love to put an age or approximate age to it. Unfortunately the mechanism is old and worn and it only runs for a few minutes.

I have had it to a highly recommended clock shop but they can't fix it and the attitude was disappointing. I got the impression that they aren't fond of Asian made clocks. The person I spoke with didn't even know it was a Japanese clock and not Korean.

Would love to find out about how old it is if anyone has any idea.
