I am posting this for an ID for a friend and I don't have the measurements. This is all that I have. Replacements.com has this listed as Crown Staffordshire #1076 and I have seen it listed as #19746 (which is painted on the back). Looking for a name so that she can look for other pieces. Any info will be appreciated. Thank you.

      Hi, Grannys_Glasses. :-)

      Cute pattern.

Replacements does indeed have this pattern listed as "1076":

      https://www.replacements.com/china-crown-staffordshire-1076/c/376451

However, I'm a bit puzzled by the 19746 reference, because what's hand-written on the back of your friend's bowl looks to me like "10745" (plus a "7" all by itself).

For what it's worth, the Replacements listing has this information:

      *snip*

      1076
      by Crown Staffordshire

      Item#: 376451 Pattern Code: CRS10745
Description: Yellow Rim, Multicolor Flowers, Black Trim
      Pattern: 1076 by Crown Staffordshire
      Status: Discontinued.

      *snip*

Notice that "10745" appears in the pattern code (CRS10745).

As to a user-friendly name for this pattern, Replacements doesn't list one. They're not infallible, but there are thousands of china patterns that have only a numerical name.

Backstamps for Crown Stafordshire (to me, the backstamp on your friend's bowl looks the most like the ones from 1906-1930):
