      He appears to be celluloid and just a guess but I believe made in Japan . Can you make out any of the markings ? Do a paper rub with a pencil over mark .

      Seems similar only with white pants. Apparently 1930s German produced Rat-Mickey.

      Oh, and the paper rub of the marking on the back came up «TT». Not sure what it means, but another clue in this mystery ????
