In the summer of 1938, two teenagers saw the character they created together make his first appearance in the premiere issue of Action Comics.
Meanwhile, Selchow & Righter created "Cabby! The game with rules made to be broken!"
Played on a brightly colored board with neat little painted metal pieces representing Taxi Cabs and Police Cars and red, wooden dice, the object is to pick up as many passengers as possible while breaking traffic rules and hoping the Police don't catch on and make an arrest! Passengers are represented by small, colorful Bakelite discs that fit onto posts on the roofs of the cabs. It's a fun little game with just enough complexity to keep it interesting!
