As a kid on our family farm, we had our own milk cows. The milk we drank was not treated, only strained thru a milk strainer. When we moved off the farm, we bought milk from a grocery store. I remember that it took us a long time to get used to drinking store bought milk. Our milk on the farm was thicker and creamier than the store bought stuff.
