Photo's beautifully, the design is excellent !~
I agree. Love the bird,, I have several I need to get posted, soon. Love yours.
He's a very classy and regal looking parrot- you'd always see them in ice-lolly colors, but white like this makes me think of a cockatoo except without his comb! Definitely a really nice but simple little design,
Awesome little parrot Jenni!!
It's a really great brooch. I love the 3/4 angle of the bird, so much more interesting than pure profile.

Thanks Phil for the lovely compliments and appreciate the link, had this BSK bird in my stash for awhile so it's nice to see it is still making the rounds. BSK made great figurals, I esp love their iconic My Fair Lady collection of which I have 3 pcs
Thank you Lori for the kind praise, glad you enjoyed this bird & look forward to seeing yours
Lauren thanks a bunch for your great comment, I know, the colorful birds are more spectacular, but this simple fellow has such detailed texturing & back wings like a real bird as well as the stance - do you know how many times my parakeets would turn their backs to you & look sideways, they had the cutest movements
Thanks Scott for your super comment & I am glad you think he's awesome, to me he is because he reminds me of my beloved former birds
And Mary, you know exactly what I'm talking about, once you are a bird owner it is a special feeling whenever you see a bird piece right. So glad you liked it and yes, the 3" length gets it noticed, thank you for the really kind comment & remember, birds rule :)
Thank you so much Karen for noticing the cool angle of this bird pose, he is either looking at something or deliberately avoiding looking at his owner! Fabulous keen observ my fellow bird loving friend
