Newby here on art glass, recycled glass, etc. Any information on this piece is welcomed, also can't make out first name, or # as it may be 54 or 84. Wasn't sure if that # is a date or just a #. I do know that it is hand blown because of the pontil mark which has not been grounded level. Diameter at rim is 2.5", base is 2 .75". &" tall. Has raised bubbles and vertical ridges. Thanks for any info.
