      Don't know that this is fraternal. Inset pieces, overall dark coloration and scabbard all look like part of a fantasy piece.

      You might be right Scott. I see no hanger rings on the scabbard.

      The head on the hilt certainly has a fraternal look, but the rest just looks too odd.
