So I am hoping to find out anything I can on this painting. The last time I tried doing research, I came up with nothing. It has been in our family for a long, long time. We have no idea who the artist is, the value of it, anything at all. There are no signatures, no marks, no dates, no initials, nothing. We believe the title of it is called "Marriage" or at least that is what has been passed down by word-of-mouth in the family.

Why does your post title say "marriage"? Is there a title on the piece? Is there any signatures you can see? Anything on the back? I understand it's difficult to get a good picture with the glass reflections..

Apologies on the Marriage thing, I forgot to bring that up in my post. That is what we believe the name of it is, but not sure who in the family said that was the name of it. I am going to go and make that addition. There is nothing at all on the painting. No signatures, nothing. I am looking at my post and realizing how bare the information is, this is my first time posting about anything like this so I am going to go back and include any and all notes that will be helpful.
