chunky VERSANI men's silver ring

This is one of my current 'daily driver' rings for the last couple of years now. It was a gift from a treasured friend nearly 20yrs ago, mostly ( I suspect) because he (also) loved its look at first glance somewheres, then found it to be somewhat cumbersome to actually wear -- its overall just over 1/2" width all the way around being somewhat on the wide side for anything but enormous fingers. (of which mine are certainly *not*...) Indeed it took some good time to get used to wearing it, and it now has developed its very own callous on the underside of that knuckle.

Its outer edges and chain motif are raised and polished, their background is colored black and very slightly textured with a crosswise lined pattern. It weighs a little over 14g and is marked "VERSANI 925" on its inside.

[oh, if anybody's curious, the plain narrow ring to its left is also .925 silver, the other is surgical stainless with a black filled band around its center]
