    It's Clobberin' Time!
From 1978 comes a pneumatic action toy from FunStuf!
They had a whole line of figures like this!
There was The Incredible Hulk, Frankenstein, Dracula and Popeye!
His legs are hard plastic and above the waist, he's inflatable rubber.
You could deflate him, fold him over and put him into a rock-like cage.
A hose connects to his back from a small handheld air pump.
Squeeze the pump and he instantly inflates, breaking out of his stony prison.
He's 13 inches tall and is modeled after a drawing from 1964 by Jack Kirby, the man who created him in 1961!
(Shown here on a 1967 sticker from The Philadelphia Chewing Gum Co.)
    Ain't he adorable?

The Fantastic Four was one of my favorites. They really made some crappy movies, didn't do them justice ..

I still have hope that Marvel Studios will do the Fantastic Four!
Now that they've got the rights back from 20th Century Fox,
(who managed to screw up 3 of the 4 F.F. movies),
they are currently in the planning stages!
