Appears to be oil on paper over cardboard antique small 12x9 painting
Found it at a goodwill store in St. Petersburg Florida several years ago. A Road appraiser and a local auctioneer and gallery shop where not able to tell me much about the paint besides what I wrote above.
Will gladly accept any comments on this painting.
