cook stove - unknown make and model

I currently have this stove in storage(not accessible) and these are the only pictures that I have. I am in search of help identifying the stove so that I can hopefully obtain the dimensions. Why do I need the dimensions you ask?!? I'm remolding my kitchen while deployed overseas with my belongings in long-term storage. It appears to read " V & 8 CROWN & PP1? 5 1916 "21" Thank you
