    Would love to know what this is for? It has 4 round rotating blades that touch when closed.
    An interesting tool I picked up at a flea market in italy, made in Paris by Daude, a shoemaker.

      My guess would be..a trimming tool or possibly a seam tool? Regardless..cool tool thanks for sharing.
