Not much to say about this item other than my Mother in law gave it to me. She was unsure of its purpose, though I suspect cake or cheese cutter. The edges are very sharp. The only markings I can see are 'stainless' on the blade, and 'silver' on the handle. She is Norwegian and all the other items she shared ( O.A.Olsen, Th. Mathinsen and Mylius Brødrene’ are from Norway. Hope you can solve my mystery!!
I was going to say capping scratcher, but I don't think that's correct...
