Two Prints unknown Artist

I will send these over to the appraisal page later. First of all I’m very thankful that I found this site. It will I’m sure be very useful. Again I was at the same flea market, and saw these two prints. I noticed the sticker on back of one of them and translated it from German. It’s an award given at some contest. I have searched high and low for something close and found a couple that came close to Picasso but the signature in which I can’t make out doesn’t look alike. Any help would be appreciated. I believe they are from the early 60s. Thanks again !!!
