It looks like candy ^.^
Love the green apple in the first photo with the concentric bubbles, superb !~
These are very different and really cool- the clear ones look like some kind of jellied candies, the colour of the clear apple is great- really fresh and green looking I imagine the taste being zingy!
As for the blueberry it's unusually shaped and has a great deep blue colour!
Jenni,
These glass fruits are simply outstanding!!!
Nice collection of labelled West Virginia glass fruit, Jenni! I have a soft spot for West Virginia glass.....
Lovely fruitmix you have there! Beautiful. My favourite is the green bubbly Apple. Great. You can taste how sour and fantastic it is. Wanna eat it :)

Thank you so very much NaVi for your lovely comment and all the loves for my post quartet this week, I'm really grateful and very glad that you liked them (BTW your Shirley dolls are all very gorgeous, you are such a great caretaker of these vintage beauties). I agree, these fruits are like bright candies, they certainly have lollipop colors :)
Phil thank you for the wonderful praise, I too love the bubble glass green apple, it is actually the heaviest piece of all the fruits, Kanawha as always made such wonderful glass items
Thanks Lauren for your super comment, yes I can picture candied apples and other sweets here, maybe gummy fruits! Glad you enjoyed the green Blenko, that would be a tart tangy Granny Smith type apple which make the best pies. I love fruit second only to candy, it is sweet but at least healthier for you!
Scott thank you for the awesome compliment, you know I'm mainly about glass animals but have also always loved vintage glass fruit, when I saw how many I had I figured why not do a little 'still life' Jenni style, so glad you liked them all :)
Thanks Thomas for your fabulous comment, great to hear from you my friend! Yes the lovely mountains of West Virginia have birthed some of the most excellent US glassmakers, their pieces are among my favorites, it is so sad that the co's pictured here have closed down, but look at the beauty they have given us that stand the test of time
Thanks Kevin for your great comment, yes I too love WV glass and was so lucky to get most of these with the orig labels, I can't believe so many people never removed them, if I had been the orig owner I'm sure I would have taken them off. As you can see though, alot of them are faded, esp the Rainbow Glass, but on close inspection the co name is visible (also, I have several catalogs, books and ref DVDs showing the glass items of these great co's)
Thanks so much Elisabeth for your really kind praise, I'm so pleased that you enjoyed these glass fruits - I'm a big fruit lover too and yes, that big bubble glass green apple looks very tasty :)
Thank you EZa for loving my glass fruit collection, very pleased that you liked it

Lovely compliments MrsT thank you so much for the kind words, I actually liked the photo of all the fruit in the basket best, but figured it was best to itemize them all at the start so as not to appear a "fruit overload" lol!
Many thanks raven for the kind love and consideration for my glass fruit array, I am truly pleased that you liked them
Thank you Vynil and vcal for the love for my WV glass fruit collection, I'm so glad you enjoyed it and appreciate your kind support
Thank you Giana and Leelani for the love for these glass fruits, very glad you both liked them & truly appreciate your kind consideration
Nice Rainbow Raspberry.
Thanks so much Deano for the love and super praise for the Rainbow raspberry, I think when I saw that one I decided to collect the other WV fruits and make this post :)
