This clock sat on my Grandfather's mantel since the 1950's. I am trying to get a bit of history on the clock. From what I have researched, it seems to be a Sessions Regulator H Time only clock; it may have originally been a wall hung clock, and the bottom trim may have been removed so it could set on a mantle. The crown has a basket weave type pattern, which I have not been able to find information on. There is a pencil notation of when it was cleaned, dated 11/9/28-I find that pretty cool! Not looking for value, just information for the family. Thanks.

Looks like it may be an "H" or an "E". I'm not finding the weave pattern in any of my references though. A very nice example in any case. Thanks for sharing your heirloom with us.
