CIRCA: 1960s - 1970s?

Ok..I am not a glass expert. I am calling it Empoli glass, but I'm not sure if that's the proper term? Also not sure if this would be called a vase? Maybe raised pedestal bowl? Happy to listen to suggestions..

I bought this because I liked the greenish color. Has a scalloped type opening. The piece has no chips or damage. It also appears to be hand blown with a pontil mark? Experts feel free to chime in..

I originally bought this for our etsy store(free plug coming) North West Vintage, NOWVI at etsy.com. But after shipping costs, profits would be mimimal and I kinda like it. And don’t tell anyone...I only paid about $8 for it!
