Dont really have any idea of this one, it is small, think it might be bronze cold painted. There is a shiny spot on bottom, looks like bronze, I know the paint is awful worn on it, it was found in a pile of debris, and one of my friends spotted it before me.

Oh, he's a dandy cold painted bronze rabbit!! This one is more than likely Austrian made in the early part of 1900. If you to study him very closely you may find the word "AUSTRIA" stamped on his underside. It can be difficult to see sometime. Very early pieces, like this, were unmarked. So, this could be a late 1800's cold painted bronze piece.
I have one very similar that you may want to compare yours with. Here's the link to that one.

Ok, I will check underside, do you think the remaining paint should be removed, or just left alone, the piece isn't mine, but might end up being mine, but who knows.

If it were mine, I wouldn't disturb the paint at all. The paint loss isn't too terribly bad, so I'd definitely leave him untouched. He has character.
