This is not my expertise..but when I saw it, I thought he was going bowling. So I had to look around...saw this..and maybe it is sports related.

Thank you for getting back to me! From your answer, I searched Napco bowling figurines as well as just sports and still didn't find my guy; however, there were numerous other bowling Napco figurines that showed up. Thanks again for your response.
