Rare 20kt weingrill earrings

I have the pleasure of finding some 20 kt earrings,necause they say weingrill an italian. Founder and chairman ,carlo weingrill shared his passion. And as i was saying last week i went on vacation and was shopping when i saw my earrings with diamonds. I believe 833 means 20k . I looked everywhere but did not find any information about when these earrings were made. A very townhouse-style. I didnt see ebay had anything in 20kt ,posted. I have my oppinion they are worth around 100 a gram,apprx 3000 dollars. I also think these earrings were commissioned by someone special
