    Stanhope, Tooth pick, ear wax scoop, nail file all in one. Not sure on the material but there are no veins or marks to say its bone. I suppose it could be ivory or even plastic ? Whatever it's made from it's a fine Victorian antique item. The stanhope shows views of Blackpool Tower and says 'a present from Blackpool '
