Thank you MrsT for your lovely comment, it is certainly a vibrant orange-gold color, in their early days Pilgrim made alot of orange pieces but later on they stuck to pretty basic colors with their glass animals, so this was a fab find for me, plus it's the first time I found this older label of theirs
Scott thank you for the great praise, isn't that a cool orange color with the golden accent on the tail, it sure was a nice photo shoot near a sunny window! The best part about satin or frosted glass is you don't get glare from lights or the sun, it just makes the color more intense
Great looking glass fish- reminds me of a salmon, one of those red-eye salmons I think, leaping up a waterfall (it's his leaping pose!) and coupled with that deep coral orange color makes me think salmon. The lack of back fin makes him look very sleek too! :P
Thank you Lauren & Mani for the love and appreciation, it's very nice of you & I'm always super grateful :)
Lauren yes, a salmon leaping down a waterfall, great image! You are so observant that it is a fin-less fish, I didn't even notice it because of that certain 60s look it has, usually these type fish were much bigger it was a sort of Scandinavian look (maybe to be harmonious with the popular Danish modern furniture of that era). Fabulous comment thank you so much
