a few hand forged items

As you probably noticed by now, I have, a better than normal, liking for hand forged items. So, here are a few items that I have found. Believe me when I tell you, I didn't find them looking like they do in these pics. They were filthy, rusty, and in need of some TLC. The door latch didn't even move when I found it, and the other items, (the chest handles, door latch and forged socket of some sort) were looking like they were ready to be thrown out. I just can't do it, throw then out, that is. Maybe a friend or acquaintance will find a use for them. I just admire the skill that a local blacksmith showed in their making.
