Looking to find out what the purpose of this tool? Has a hole on each tip maybe for wire? Thread? To go through? And hole on other in. They came out of family antique tool chest. Listed a pair of pliers? With holes on tip that might work some how with this tool. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
It looks like it could be part of a pole or tree climbing apparatus that would strap to your foot and leg.
