beautiful blue color
You have an amazing collection Newfld. As always, thanks for sharing it with us.
I concur with Bruce, cute horse!
Very cool colour and pose, I have to say you never see a horse in this position- seated because it always looks so awkward in real life! His pose is great though- it kinda reminds me of a dog?! Especially when you can train them to hold out their paw to you (Mine does that!) Someone has taught this horse to hold out his hoof...or maybe he grew up with lots of well trained dogs?!
ya I can see myself in a shirt this color with my blue eye's ....lol yip first one I've seen in he sitting pose,.... it must of been showing off,,....smiling,..lol nice find jenni..
Adorable pose and gorgeous color!

Thanks so much Kinki for the lovely compliment, I love this blue also and am always glad to come across animals in this pretty shade. Bunnies on the way 4 U!
Bruce what a wonderful compliment, it delights me to hear that you enjoy my collection, and I truly love sharing it here. BTW your fine antique clocks are just awesome as is your knowledge about them, love to read your posts
Thanks MrsT for your sweet praise and finding this horsey cute, he is rather at that, I love Pilgrim's animals because they have such personality
Lol Lauren I love your comment and now can really picture this horse near some dogs (they often put a dog in a horse's stall to keep it company you know), and learning the bent leg pose from them! Your dog sounds so cute, and I agree this blue color is fab - thanx as always for the kind words
Thanks Shuzbut for your great comment and I agree with you, only time you usually see horses in that position would be circus trained performing horses (I wonder if they permit horse acts in the circus anymore, they stopped so many animal acts). I hope you find a nice shirt in this blue, it is a great shade
Thank you FreshAir for your really nice compliments I'm so glad you liked this unusual horse pose & blue color
Scott thanks so much for your super compliments I'm really glad this horse & his color appealed to you, it's always great to take glass animal pix on a sunny day which enhances their color
Thanks Phil for your fabulous praise, I too think it's a pretty cool design and like how they swirled the tail. Pilgrim's artisans had a lot of creativity, they must have made five or six differently posed horses over the years, I have many glass horses but probably not all of Pilgrim's which is good, still more to look for :)
Thanks Alfie & Rob for the very kind love for this Pilgrim glass horse, it's greatly appreciated & glad you liked it
Thank you Cokeman for the kind love, very glad that you enjoyed this blue glass Pilgrim horse & grateful for your thoughtful consideration
Original label and horse intact as well!
Great find Jenni.
Thanks so much Karen for your wonderful kind praise & love for this Pilgrim horse, yes it's always a delight to find the orig label AND unbroken spindly little legs & tail like this little guy, amazing how these fragile beings survive years of handling & the jostling of shipping!
Many thanks for the thoughtful love vcal for this and other of my glass animals, it's very nice of you and I'm grateful for the kind consideration
pretty blue one...............yup
