Victorian Vase with applied flower and leaves

I really liked this when I saw it and although damaged used the old "when am I going to see another one of these" rule of thumb, unlike the cherry vase nothing so far :) It is layered glass as there is a crack running through the main body that can be felt on the outside but not the inside. Unfortunately the antique dealer knew he had me and wasn't going under $100!! Good thing is you can't see it inside and certainly not in it's display cabinet and I had trouble finding the crack today, it wasn't until I went outside on a very bright sunny day I could see them. Everything apart from the Blue glass glows brightly under UV, again I'm in the kitchen in daylight with a blind drawn .
