Hollycraft COPR 1954 Pale Blue Ribbon Bow Brooch

Here is a recently acquired Hollycraft COPR 1954 Pale Blue Ribbon Bow Brooch.
there is one stone that has either lost it's color (unlikely) or has been replaced. the clear stone is the same size and shape just not blue. The back is done in gold tone and the name HOLLYCRAFT is located on the tip of one of the ribbon loop, while the COPR ____ is on the opposite loop. I can not actually read the year as it has been worn off. So the research was somewhat tedious - but not without results. I located a similar brooch with the year and it reads 1954. So I am confident in saying is a Hollycraft COPR 1954 Pale Blue Ribbon Bow Brooch.

NOTES:
It has been my understanding that the copyright symbol was used after the 1955 decison in the court case of Trifari, Krussman & Fishel, Inc. v. Charel Co., thus any signed piece of jewelry with a copyright symbol dates after 1955 or after. This is not true, in the case above Trifari had been already marking pieces at some point with the copyright symbol, before the case went to court, and because of the marking of their pieces the decision was found to be in Trifari's favor.
The Hollycraft Company's Jewelry pieces were being marked with the copyright symbol (copr.) as early as 1950.
I imagine that add a year to their pieces was an added protection. FYI
